We want you to love your Aurora Amore purchase

Change of Mind

Returns accepted within 28 days of purchase or delivery with proof of purchase

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached

Earrings and hair accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Multi-buy items must be returned together (no partial returns)

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Gift card purchases will be refunded as a gift card

SALE items: non-refundable

Faulty Items

Faulty items are eligible for a refund or exchange

If no proof of purchase is available, we’ll offer an exchange to the item’s current value

We cover return postage for faulty items
